Matthew is also an independent Mortgage Adviser, having worked in the mortgage and protection industry for over 30 years. A lifelong Rugby fan and player since the age of 9, he also enjoys skiing, competing in triathlon events, and spending time with his wife, 3 daughters, and dog called Norman.
With over 30 years’ experience in the estate agency business, Gary joined the team at Yeoman & Owen in 2017 as Sales Manager and Valuer. Gary grew up in Coundon, and now lives in Allesley Park, and has spent his whole career working in and around Coventry, building on his vast knowledge of the local housing market with both national and independent agencies. Gary enjoys playing golf and watching Football, attending as many games as possible.
Having started her career in Financial Services working with Matt some 20 years ago, Kate helped launch the agency in 2004. Her roles have been varied over the years, helping her to build on her experience and fulfil the role she has today. Kate's primary role now is supporting Matt on the mortgage and protection side but is always on hand to support the team and deal with any questions or concerns clients may have. Kate enjoys spending time with her family and takes an active role as a member of her son's Mini & Junior Rugby Club committee. When she’s not working she enjoys socialising and travelling.
Joining the team in 2013, Kelly already had many years’ experience in both Financial Services & Estate Agency, having worked for the likes of Barclays, Connells, and various independent firms. She quickly progressed to Rentals Manager and successfully ran the department and property portfolio for several years. Kelly will often be the first point of contact for clients and is always on hand to deal with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process. When she’s not at work Kelly’s a full time mum of 3 boys, not leaving much time for anything else!
Having completed 18 years as an electrician, 25 years in the telecoms industry, and 4 years as a driver, Brian joined us in 2016 as one of our two viewing representatives. When he’s not showing people around our properties his main interest is a love of classic cars and fishing.
